Testing resistance mixins

This mod changes player spawn positions as well as extraction on maps. Fixes Condor's ammo boxes to give ammo every 3 seconds instead of 20 like the rest of the maps.

Host flies players to the platform off in the distance. Banshees will attempt to intercept and cause players to become lost in the void.

This makes all shotguns have no 0.1 second latency when firing. This will make the crusader much more accurate and works off host. This is available as a MixIn in the mixin library as well.
