Difficulty Tweaks for playing private lobbies with my family with Krogan Melee Gib

Solo Version of my SpinDash QoL that additionally increases payouts by 4x. For when I don't want to deal with matchmaking but still get some progress.

This is a fork of the Hack all the Things mod, without the changes that increased the amount of enemies that could spawn each wave.

Based on triple multiplayer payouts, but also removes devices as an objective and lowers the chance of Assassination to about 12%.
