Enable platinum mode to be extremely difficult. This is merely for laugh. Still working out bugs.

Rebalances most weapons (low tier especially) to be enjoyable on higher difficulties for lesser skilled players or those playing solo. May make weapons OP on lower tiers. [Not fully tested]

Makes Bronze and Silver waves identical to their Gold counterparts. The only differences are in unit stats.
