Blargh

Made all of the powers(ALL OF THEM) %20 more effective. For real it took forever, use it!

N7 Weapons

Fixed the stupid shield reduction, increased the dmg modifiers.

Tweaked a few tech combo's, namely fire and cryo burst.

Made all geth used powers better by 25%. Use geth weapons as well. If u need a pistol use the Talon.

Cloned the claymore's dmg table to the Scimitar. Cloned the Scimitar to the Wraith Cept for dmg table (case yer not host). Harrier faster ROF, Larger Mag, Less Recoil.

Upgraded the Barrier, and the disciple. Have fun Korganing.

Went through and made a small adjustment to the supply pylon, faster nade and ammo, also increased the ammo capacity, decreased reload, lowered muzzle rise of the harrier.
