HxD is a battle seasoned hex editor that's light, fast, and free. Trusted by many in the scene.

Screenpresso makes taking screen captures a snap with convenient editing tools.

Sublime Text is beautiful, fast, and powerful. Swanky features make this a mainstay text editor.

WinMerge allows you to compare text files and folders. Highlighting differences makes comparisons easy.
