if you edit and save cannibals weapon you get this:

another small error:

Siege Pulse "Knockdown Chance Rank 6B" should be 6A not B... B is resistance dmg

after editing and saving SFXPowerCustomAction Base you get this :

changing Flamer Range does not work...it always stays at 10m on every char.

Fixed siege pulse and sfxcustomaction. I will need to look further into flamer to ensure that it actually isn't working, as I see it is applying to the coalesced - it could be that I missed it actually being in the balance changes so it just isn't listed as locked out.
