i wanted to ask if the developed of ModMaker is still in progress since ME:A is one month away from being released cuz i rly would like to finish my mod but there is still so much stuff that is missing and i am not as advanced as you to do the most stuff on my own.

ModMaker isn't going anywhere anytime soon. I'll be keeping the site up for several more years, and when I eventually do close it (as all sites eventually do), I'll make sure I release everyones mods so it can work without the online component for mod manager.

ModMaker at this point is essentially finished though. I've kind of run out of other things to add beyond just some of the passive powers, which are time consuming for what feels like little payoff. I've dug through just about every file for mixins that I can too.
