Interface Scaling Add-On Module

This is thread for my Interface Scaling Add-On Module. This is a mod that is designed to be installed alongside Interface Scaling Mod or SP Controller Support to scale up all interfaces. It works with 16:9 and somewhat with 16:10 (progress bars do not scale, omega DLC has some incorrectly placed items I could not seem to fix).
