So i remember having a program where i could go into the files n' shit and tell the game to give me enough points to level all skills to 6, yet i can't remember the program. i also used to to give myself an obscene amount of creds. but right now i'm just looking for the 6's thing and i know about the glitch that works on the dlc characters, that's not what i'm after. help?

I assume you're talking about a coalesced editor? For deeper editing you'd use me3explorer. Mod Manager has a built in coalesced editor under tools > mod development, by tankmaster.

thankies.... but uhh...... could you assist me in finding the path to get to the file that this program is supposed to mod? because i cannot find it. well and i don't know what to look for.
