Is there a mod here I can easily install to allow me to pick and choose which powers I have, I have tried installing something that does this plenty of times but it never seems to work out.

What do you mean? You mean all of your powers or just bonus powers?
The way the game is designed, I don't think you can directly do that via mods. You can sort of do it via save editing, but I don't know how to do it.
If you're talking about MP, there's not really a way to do it.

i mean able to use multiplayer bonus powers in single player, for example to bubble shield that the female turian uses on omega, also being able to pick and choose your powers would be good too.

Go check for Bonus Power Packs on the ME3 Nexus. I think that's what you want.

Yes, bonus power packs will expand the selection of bonus powers. The packs include most powers from the first 3 dlcs. The ones after that are optimized too much to be extracted.
