Do i need to install Binkw32 DLC Bypass?

Do i need to install Binkw32 DLC Bypass?

I'm following the new video but it doesn't say if i need to install this bink stuff. I've installed the mod manager before when you needed to backup stuff, create game database and all that stuff. According to the video i don' need to install or backup anything? I just need to follow the video?

I'm gonna install/use the SP controller mod, EGM + Alliance Warpack + Custom Extras Pack + ME3 Recalibrated.

Installing any mod with mod manager will install the bypass.
