Overwrite/disable balance changes

Hi,

i would like to know if its possible to disable or overwrite balance changes so that i can re-balance stuff to my own personnal taste?

If yes: 1) then how?
2) are there any drawbacks to it ?

If no will this feature come someday or is it just not possible?

ErikJS and I worked on this for a couple of a weeks some time ago. He got it to disable, but it came with a whole host of issues, the main one being either a bug or trap code that causes everyone to automatically suicide at the end of a wave. Always, even in god mode. Plus we could not have others join unless they did the same because we couldn't figure out what it set to make the lobby appear up to date. So unfortunately we don't have anything.
