Most of the values that refer to increments of time in the game either reference 1) Real time (seconds, ms, etc) or 2) Ticks, which occur (most times) every frame. You edit the payment levels per difficulty, which is under enemy stats (enemy stats contains biodifficulty which includes difficulty stats)

In the next build of Mod Manager there is a fix for the italian language error. Italian was in the list of supported languages twice, which when compiling would cause it to be added for installation twice, which isn't allowed.

ModMaker mods in most cases can't be overlaid. ICF might have the expanded store patched in, look at its mod page by clicking the link at the bottom of the description. It will be listed under mixins.

I added italian support for the game earlier... Perhaps I should test a bit more since it seems ITA files are not included in all game distributions.
