So it turns out to be user error.

As I am about to be AFK for a while I am putting out a small hotfix for a couple of bugs I know will cause grief + the SP patch mount file. I will update the SP Patch on the nexus but want to do it here as well.

The mod files you sent me don't have any coalesced gui stuff, AFAIK. If you uploaded the same mod pack I gave you I can just do an OTA update through mod manager. Yep nothing in those coalesced. Ok I wish I had done that at the start. I asked one person to install another story mod (ME3Re) which he did and that fixed it. It must be the binks. So ME3Re files have slightly different checksums. Anyway waiting for confirmation but that should do it. Any other errors are not major and not going ...
